On the 6th November i was approved by 2 guys they where next to spar supermarket...claiming that they from vodacom the giving away data&airtime for free...then they took my phone saying they wanna upgrade it...basically they changed my sim card put the new one,which i did not notice...i only notice when i get home trying to call my husband...that my sim card has been changed,ohk..i immediately took a uber...going to the nearest branch which is president street,i did not get help as they say the cant help me because im doing a sim swap,then the following day there was messages of cash send that was going in out within 2minutes,on the 14th November i went to another branch explained to them...then guy called Siya helped me to report the matter to the their head office...the following day fnb banks called to report that one of their client complain about money coming out of his bank to mine ..which i don't know about again,that's when the bank blocked my bank account...since 2013 I've been using capitec ...I've never use another bank(sad)...so technical department wanted a prove of sim swap from my service provider which is vodacom ...and affidavity from police station i did that...0n the 20th Siya...emailed it to the relavent department...my worried was that im not working ...im receiving uif money with that account.on 3rd December i got paid from uif then the open it i withdraw the money then block it again..I've got all references regarding this case..1,***7..2,***0...3,***1...4,***6...5,***1...on Monday 3rd 202,i went to the branch again ...Siya again send the email to the relevant department without answer...even today i went again...plsss help me guys plssssss
