Kindly refund me my 3k so I can pay the fines and refund my money I paid online so I can pay my car disc

Morning my name is Vuyisile Joel, on the 16th of August 2024 I paid my disc on my capitec app and today its the 5th of September 2024 and I haven't received my disc, I got a jmpd tickets 3 times because iam driving a car with an expired disc... I talk to the capitec whatsapp agents everyday and all they say is will look to it, while I get tickets from the Johannesburg metro police, my fines are worth 3k now, iam so frustrated now, any advice? 😤
