I had a query about my account which was limited to only certain features. I went into the local branch thrice, but no joy. I then tried the chat bot, no luck. I requested to chat to an agent, in step Kimberly, and with some patience, coupled with passion and expertise, my issue was resolved. It was absolutely phenomenal service. Wow, kudos to you Kimberly.
