Kgomotso at Horizon Shopping centre-You are A Golden Capitec Star!
My bank card got stuck in the atm on Monday morning while requesting money & the machine went totally blank on me for more than 5 mins. Luckily there was a branch just there about to open. Kgomotso helped me get a new card with a smile on her face & assured me the other card would be blocked & my a/c was safe. I was panicking like there was no tomorrow but left the bank smiling because of her. Thank you!. Capitec should have more staff like you !!
