Keep your account and give me my money

Firstly I would like to say I wish this section has attachment option..capitec closed my account with R700 inside.. I requested a proof that my account can no longer receive money since I wanted to change my banking details with my bursary, .guess what there is no reason why my account is closed.the case is weak yet you had a gut to close my account

I don't care about the account anymore but can I get my money back and keep your account?
