What an experience. From start to finish, this was an absolute amazing experience. Besides being all hyped up for the new cards that have been issued the service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and the consultant I Josh went the extra mile, he was very friendly, mindful that I had a kid with me and therefore tried to process things as fast as possible. My phone was flat and I needed to submit docs which was on my email, he organisaed that it charged so I may forward docs and left it on charge while we completed everything so my phone could get some life.

Everyone treated us more than customers as if we have known each other for years, there was still that client relationship but definitely not stiff, it felt natural with good vibes. One of the other colleagues came over to say hi ago me and my baby, also very friendly and all.

Al in all I had a pleasant experience, I didn't wait long, service was efficient, and staff was friendly from point of entry till you leave. I'm really glad I am a client of Capitec, keep up the great work - I look forward to trying out other branches.
