*** Bank these ones

I called this bank to try to get info on a debit I am not recognizing, I spoke to David legotswani who in my opinion doesn't give a phuck about clients and his job. 1stly the line was bad and when he was giving this much-needed information about the people debit my acc, I could not hear him so I asked if he can call back, he tells me he can not call back. Excuse me??? what type of Contact Service center in a bank is this?? I asked him to email, No email??? He tells me I must WhatsApp them. Wow. I am leaving. 1stly, my money is not protected, 2ndly you cant call or email clients. *** *** ***
