Just not a Business Bank

Capitec should never have gotten involved with Business Banking. They are simply not equipped to be in a space that they are ill equipped to handle and manage. After 14 days of lies,promises and dishonesty and to be told that the “lady” is trying to capture a simple business application is unheard of in the industry and the business world. Management is invisible and hiding in a hole and staff refuse any contact details to avoid escalation. A business bank cannot operate on an excel spreadsheet. Management must hang their heads in absolute shame.
