Just dont care

I am an existing customer at the bank and i changed from company's i need a loan urgently as we are moving and its deposit fees etc now they dont have my new employer on their system and im not getting any feed back i visited the branch on the 16th and 17th and have phoned several times and not one person have phoned me or the company ,its if their not really intrested in their clients, promising to phone back in 15 min turned into 5 days can't believe the service...
