Just can't believe this

<p>I have a savings account with Capitec and also a loan + a credit facility.....yesterday suddenly the credit facility just got canceled went into a branch where I provided my payslips and the bank statements which they already have as my salary is deposited into a Capitec account but no one could help me as they need a letter from my employer which is what I do not understand, why require the letter when you have my payslips and you can see salary deposits and you still call and confirm employment.......through you the best but mmmmm</p>
