Joubert Street Capitec Branch

Went to Capitec Bank in Joubert street in Johannesburg...we were unfortunately assisted by Kearabilwe who was at door....who was super rude....and half the staff was not wearing name tags...including the supposed mananger...our ticket number was skipped while we were inside the branch trying to register for online banking...the teller didint acknowlegde us and when trying to escalate her to her manager..the whole staff started screaming at us and threatening us ....i still dont know why im still banking with capitec bank as im always having issues...but the branch in joubert street takes the cup for rudeness...unproffessional and everything else that is negative!!!!
