Joox + Capitec debiting

I app**** for the joox + capitec promo in Feb 2021 which I then canceled because it wasn't worth it. In March I wasn't debited but all of a sudden the debiting atrted again in April. I have contacted Joox on countless times and I get no response. I join a whatsapp chat with one of your chat agents and I'm being tolled that I will be billed for reversal etc HOW! I canceled on my end but you and Joox keep debiting me. Now I mict pay for a new card to get this to stop really Capitec is this how you help your customers
