Job rejections

Capitec is one of the bank that really values people and their morals more especially taking care of their money and savings. The only problem I have with the company is within vacancies or jobs posted but when applying for them it turns a negative results, even a job that requires matric and 1 experience, not including any certificates like I do with so much experience, the results will say: "unfortunately we regret" why are they posted knowing those positions are meant for specific people probably they relate to? Very sad and disappointed I don't even wanna mention how many times I always apply. Maybe some decade time something will happen thanks.
