Job Application process.

Since 2016 i have been applying on the capitec recruitment site. As an experienced banking personal in applying for consulting jobs to banking champions and lately the call enter positions. Not even once was i ever called or invited for an interview. Its always a regretted email months later after the application. Imagine that how infuriating it is being told on the online assessment of that you are a perfect fit for you not to get consideration even if its a banking champion position. Imagine spending time and resources applying not to get any feedback. I personally don't know I'm a good fit given a chance id prove that but how when you can't even get a telephonic interview? Pathetic really.
