Jammed coin mashine

I went to tamboti mall capitec in randfontein to deposit money on the 30 September. so in the process of the coin machine counting the coins,the machine got jammed n we were asked to wait till it was okay but it never so we were told to go home and they would call us when the money had gone through so we did but before we left they told us R4833.50 had gone through and 1300 was still stuck n not counted n we were okay n went home,on our way home we recieved a call saying the 4833.50 was the only money we had so had but when I calculated since I have a business,before going to the bank I had 6000.the machine is not accurate at all because it jammed and had to start afresh,the staff had promised to call me when those people who collect the money come but they have not,I'm short of a lot of money and i went to tamboti because the staff there give good service but that machine is not accurate.im very disappointed as I haven't recieved a call to correct their mistake.
