I've opened funeral policy with them on the 24th of December

I've opened funeral policy with them on the 24th of December. And requested that the policy should debit from 1st Feb. I received a confirmation massage on the 31st that they will surely debit on the 1st February. But now they've debited my account today. I came to the branch for reversal of my money, they are refusing. This is inconveniencing me because I had plans with the money they took Pls assist
