I've hit them with a lawsuit

Capitec bank is the most generous bank I've ever encountered. They gave my former partner my personal information when he called after making an incorrect payment to my acc. They told him it's a civil matter so he should contact me himself & they gave him my new details. PRIVACY to client information is not their priority as they infringed my information then they become cops & gave me advices such as "get a protection order against that ex bf of yours" I guess they are mandated to say & do as they please.
