Friendliest welcome and greetings with a smile from the lady at the door ,her name was Tintswalo and the lines where quick which led me to the consultant at the desk,her name is Ramo,who was also friendly and efficient because she understood my situation about my Capitec business account and made sure i had the right details before handing me over to Mpho over the phone from Capitec business facility, who was very sympathetic, welcoming and thoughly clear when she spoke and that made me feel calm and very important.My problem was solved within minutes and i left the premises VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY.
