It's emergency

Capitec is really annoying ... I told them I have a problem with my card . Ok let me start from the beginning , I joined a company called Genesis Mining , this company helped people invest their money and helped them withdraw or transfer it anytime . Well this company on the 06th of August disappeared with our money , the app we were using is no longer working , my last withdrawal from this company was R263 , unfortunately the company ****med all of us , it was a ***** I found out late. Capitec now can't help me release my account because of that R263 ... they can't even open another account for me or anything... capitec is really irresponsible and useless lately... my request is to get my account...if Capitec can reverse R263 back to wherever it is from I'll be happy .
