It's because we are blacks , if that was a white guy l dont think it has taken so long

On behalf of my husband they is a case already , which he did submit all that was wanted ,and they told him after 2 days his money will be paid out and can also have access to withdraw from another banks ; we can't withdraw money from absa etc as capitec still hasn't submit necessary documents . Its a month now , fine , why don't they let us be able to withdraw money from other banks , until they sort out what is needed to be done .We don't have access to his money from other banks , we referred back to capitec , l guess he did all he was told to do and submitted all required documents in help of bank , Head office is one very slow , From me you have lost clients , noone l will recommend to open or have capitec account .
