Two days ago my wife lost all her money because capitec was hacked; all her savings accounts and main account were wiped clean...and all capitec had to say was that they won't give the money back if those accounts that the money was transferred to are empty. Why do we even bother using the bank if they cannot keep our money safe. No Christmas clothes for our kids. how do we now tell our kids that the money we saved for Christmas and January has vanished into thin air. To make matters worse ; they don't even reply to emails that has all the information they asked for. "its banking just simpler"!!! Simpler for the client to get ******.
