If there was option for NO STARS,I would select it... Never In my life have I encountered and constatly hear of how ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CAPITEC BANK is...

The HUGE inconvenience to our lives in the 21st century where it is almost impossible to find an ATM, let alone one that is working and then again one that actually has cash in it. It is beyond pathetic and there is nothing been done about it. More times than I can count, I have been massively inconvenienced and ended up wasting money, throwing it away due to CAPITEC's lack of interest for lack of a better word... I reside in Woodstock, there is an ATM at their big Woodstock branch, one at the Wex on Albert road and one in the pharmacy on the main road and one road from where I live that has NOT had cash for over a year. I mean seriously what the **** is the point, other than them deducting off our accounts everytime we try and withdrawl cash, obviously, they are not loosing. So why should they care, it's ******** if u ask me...!

Considering the fact that they are fully aware and actually aim for the middle to lower income (basically majority of the country) of which, if we think about it, I send l, for example R200 to a friend to get food for a family of four, conveniently, they WALK or pay to get to the closest Capitec ATM and when they try draw it, if they are lucky enough to have smelt the ATM has cash in it since it will not display, just for trying you get charged. You now go pay or walk to another Capitec ATM where you can now no-longer draw R200 but only R150 (if your lucky) because the ATM does not have the correct denomination of notes and charged you again.
