If there was a possibility to not have to rate I would. Capitec is absolutely useless and don't seem to care that their clients are affected by their laziness and complete lack of abiding to credit reporting laws. My wife has a loan with them which she pays on time every month and even pays extra into in order to pay it off quicker, yet they are too lazy to send mo they updates through to the credit Beauroux reflecting her good credit behavior. They have not updated her details for 3 months and thus has affected her credit rating negatively. Capitec does not seem to care and refuse point blank to resolve the issue. She now can not buy a vehicle as her credit rating shows as a high risk due to capitec being utterly useless and pathetic
