After countless calls to Capitec's customer care number, it seems that each and EVERY staff member at the call centre, legal department included, hasn't the foggiest notion of which department, or even the protocol that needs to be followed to enquire whether a deceased family has any funeral policies or the like under the Capitec umbrella. BEYOND POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE!!
