I've been going back and forth on calls and in person with Capitec since last month , incidence ref ********** 5 for an online purchase made using my bank details.. I have since changed my bank card but still have not been refunded my hard earned money!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BANK AND WILL BE CHANGING BANKS
