itc report

I have a capitec bank loan account , I understand that I owe the bank , but it doesn't give you any right to mess up my credit record , it shows that I am paying an instalment of R4100. for a loan of R7685. how is that possible, please rectify your records I can't get anything on my name if I knew you will do this to my name wouldn't have taken the loan, you say you make banking easier by messing our itc profile. I'm really disappointed by this bank , I don't think will encourage anyone to be doing business with you after what you did. you handed in my account for not paying for few months now the interest you added this is nonsense , need my ITC FIXED.
