ITC NOT UPDATED
Good day
Pleaee update my ITC.
I received a settlement on the 21st February 2017 and settled on the 22nd February 2017 with an amount of R 1873.65. A year later when pulling my ITC report, it has a balance of R +- 140. Please close this account immediately and update my ITC. This is very disappointing! !
If no feedback received withing 48 business hours I will have no choice than to escalate this to the ombudsman.
