ITC enquiry
i have been calling for over a month to get my profile updated with capitec bank, I asked them to help me remove their itc listinng of a loan that's on my name that I know nothing about as the last loan I had with them was paid up. this is affecting my credit score and am unable to qualify for anything because it is still showing. I am disappointed in their service
