ITC CLEARERANCE

Capitec handed over my account to Mbd attorney , I paid the debt 1 year ago and it has come to my attention that capitec has not made a ITC clearance and year later . I was advised to go to any branch to get a email to forward the paid up letter and I did email *** *** and there has been no response that a ITc clearance has been submitted. It isn’t my responsibility to chase up that the clearance is done however it is affecting me negatively though I paid a year ago . The purpose of Payment was for a ITC clearance one year ago , if it wasn’t going to be done then i wouldn’t have paid the debt in one month .
