IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK??????
on the 23rd of October 2015. [ my payday] someone transferred my salary to their account using my cell phone banking. [ I am not sure how the managed to crack my mobile pin. anyway I called capited and was told to report the incident to the police. I phoned back as soon as I received the case number. I was told that I wil be contacted within 11 days. I went to my branch 12days later and I was told that the matter has been escalated, I went back 5 days later and was told that the matter has been escalated to their HIGHER FORENSIC DEPT. bt no valid feedback. only yesterday I got an sms from capitec saying I must call them. I did that and was asked IF I WAS ADVISED NOT TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. . I asked the lady of any feedback from regarding my claim and she said only now they will escalate this matter. <br> my question to capitec is MUST I TRUST YOU GUYS AS MY BANK? WILL I GET A FEEDBACK ON WHAT IS HAPPENING? MY NOVEMBER SALARY WIL BE IN SOON , WILL IT BE SAFE ? CAN I PROUDLY SAY CAPITEC IS MY BANK? HERE IS MY REF my reference number ***2
