Is our money safe with Capitec?

I got debited from a strange company called South African Payment Exchange. The reference of the debit order is IZIPHO. The debit amount is R299. I called in to inquire about the the ********** account and was told that I had to go to the branch to stop the debit and would be charged for the reversal. Capitec should know that these guys are ********** and block them from ever debiting clients again.
