Is it a Capitec Loan or Not? No Account Details for the Customer?

In 2017 I took a personal loan from Capitec, since I took the loan I never even once received a statement from them on what is outstanding, how much interest was paid etc. I don't even know my account number, but they do deduct the monthly payment via debit order, every month, without missing a date.

Two weeks I ago I wanted to get a settlement amount from them and was advised that I can only do so by going into the bank. I did that and the system was off, I went back the next day and the assistant told me that this is actually not a Capitec Loan but done by some other company called CreditLoan (Don't know the correct name) or something and they cannot see my details, settlement amount or balance.

The lady then phoned them and they promised to send me my settlement amount by today, via email with an account number that I can settle the loan. This was not done, still waiting and in the meantime Capitec is getting interest on the loan because I cannot pay it off on my terms and I cannot even see how much I have paid off on the loan in two years?

Can someone just send me my settlement amount, with a statement and account details of MY ACCOUNT with Capitec or with whom ever the account is with?
