Is Capitec really good with simplicity?

I wrote a research paper recently on Strategy and it happened to be about Capitec bank. The more i researched is the more i fell in love with the bank based on what management says they are aiming for. I woke up this morning took my ID and left the office around 10am to go open an account for my son and I but to my disgust and shock i got turned back 3 times because the documents i had do not constitute proof of address. I first gave them a printed statement from Woolworths, then a copy of my rental agreement and finally an account invoice from VW Barons. Simplicity my foot, i have been using that rental agreement forever and actually opened my Standard Bank Prestige Account with the same document. Who certifies a rental agreement? I will happily stay with Standard Bank thank you because i hate companies who do not live to their word. Simplicity my foot.
