Is Capitec Businesa a **** or waste of trust, confusion of money or to and fro processes?

I thought Capitec was worse but Capitec Business account is a serious ****. Worse the branches do not have the ability nor access to help you. We have money stuck in it and we are unable to use it in anyway. I wonder what is it that we were thinking, choosing capitec for our business. Mxm
