I'm an ex employee of Mercantile, when I tried to do my sars returns it was rejected and was given an error message " await Tax Directive from your company". I've been trying to contact the HR without any luck even sent an email to Landi Nel, she did not bother to reply. My returns are still pending due to this issue.
