Irated client

I found them to ******* retrenched and then Unemployed clients. I banked with them since they started, I was retrenched in 2015, forwarded all relevant documents which they requested with a retrenchment letter from my employer. They then sold my profile Norman and bisset and assoc whom I send them all the documents. After that they sold it to MBD Inc and they are harassing me on a daily basis. Capitec 's explanation is that I am covered for 50% of the loan of R8000. They offered me an additional loan. I'm not sure which amount they sold it to the abovenentioned companies. I believe I owe MBD R20000.00. I requested capitec to forward me the documents which I signed instead they sent me documents with a finger prints not signed by me or their consultant.
