Investment quotations

The quotation for interest on investments does not cater for all scenarios. You must get a quotation before you can invest with Capitec. When discussed with the call centre I was told to state any amount as the quotation is not binding. My question is why require a quotation and then advise clients to enter any amount. This misleads one when making a decision. I complained and have heard nothing. Lodged a complaint on the website and no response. I am most disappointed as I expected more from Capitec.
