Investigation done still no paid up letter
It's been over a week already did receive a email saying they are investigating the fact that I want a paid up letter for my account *** see the investigation is closed and yet have not heard any thing back or received my paid up letter

I need my paid up letter for account *** how much longer do I need to wait its been over two months that I'm struggling to get this letter don't ask htn for it they don't have it

He can reply on emails or sent me any reports back
What is the chance of me getting my paid up letter for my account *** now I asked him with a email for just a paid up letter last time and did not received any response from him at all
