Investigating
Capitec complaint management called and they said that they were doing investigation , my mother would be happy with their service only if she gets refund of her R2000. Sinazo, the consultant my mother spoke with said 'its not possible to be ****med at ATM like that, maybe the guy took the card while u were not aware' which didn't happen.

04 Dec 2020, 14:22Sinazo, a consultant called About my mother's issue for feedback. After doing their so called investigation they say my mother won't be refunded of her R2000.I'm not going to stop until my gets refunds. Pathetic service......
