Intolerable Service

I bought 1gig using Capitec Bank App for my MTN number on the 26th of June at 08:03am. The amount was deducted from my account which was R160. I waited for like 1/2 hours thinking me 1GB will reflect on my number, I then decided to call service provider which is MTN to enquiry about my 1GB they told that the transaction wasn't successful as it doesn't reflect on their side. I went to Capitec Bank Branch at Orange Farm Eyethu Mall and told them what transpired, I spoke to Lerato who gave me this incident number ********** 4 and was advised to wait for 24 hours for everything to be resolved. After 24 hours a went back again and spoke to Hlengiwe who did a follow up for the first incident and gave me another incident number which is ********** 2 after told me to go to my service provider MTN to get a "Written Letter" which I think she meant Itemised billing as a prove that it didn't go through but MTN told me to SMS my email address to the number 30988 and the email will only be sent to me after 7 days which is really inconvenient for me. I then call the Client Care Centre ********** 043 and matter was said to be escalated to their specialist which will take another 24 hours another incident number was given ( ********** 1), there's still no feedback from them. I went to the branch again today, was provided with another incident number ( ********** 0) and still the issue hasn't been resolved. "There's nothing they can do." That's what I got from them. This is what I call a very unprofessional poor service.
