Interst gets ****** by banks.

I've made a transaction to Standard Bank - not an Internation deposit but in Rand from Capitec. On the transaction Capitec declared that the money will post to Standard Bank 2 Dec. @ 14:45. On the 3 Dec. at 16:00 the money is still not available so where is the problem - from one bank to another Bank - it is allready 24 hours later. How difficult is that?????? But Capitec needs 72 hours to do the transaction.
