Interpersonal Skills Is Still Relevant and Prerequisite!
I went to the Capitec bank today at N1, Mall and was assisted by Kim and within five minutes my matter was resolved and her personal interaction was highly appreciated. I felt being treated like a human being and not as an mechanical object! (over the phone!)
