Internet banking problems

Your internet banking app is useless. Loading a beneficiary on the internet does not carry through to the phone app. When requesting payment history on the internet, I get nothing, but it does show on the phone app. The 2 apps do not speak to each other. This makes the internet app useless as it means i can't do any banking on your internet app
