International transfer issues

I never had any issues doing an international transfer to my capitec account before, I work very hard abroad and having hickups with your bank is just a big turn off... I have done a transfer on friday 9 Feb 2024, today I many issues with capitec not releasing my money to my account, I so wish they could make it convenient as ABSA, ABSA does not even need any human intervention as you just log in your app and ' inbound' your international transfer. My money is still stuck with them and they dont respond immediately. I CANNOT visit or call them as I am in the USA. This will be my last transfer ever to them. Very Very unhappy
