International processing fee *******

I am getting charged R3 for every time I use the Bolt Rides service. I contacted Bolt and was advised that the bank is charging me an INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING FEE. I have used Bolt over 80 times in the last year and it was only after checking my bank statements did I see the R3 fee. Why is Capitec charging for this service. It's a *******. I want my money refunded. R3 x 80 rides is over R240 worth of service fees so something that's supposed to be free. Thousands of people use Bolt and now we are getting ********** by our bank because of their over priced fees.
