International payment and masterpass

International Payment:

According to your website, when one receives an international payment, the forex department of Capitec should contact the client within five days to inform them of the payment. Unfortunately in my case it did not happen, contacted customer service whom then told me to contact the forex department (two numbers provided). Let me tell you, this is a complete waste of airtime as you cannot get through to the forex department. After wasting my airtime, and emailing the forex department, I eventually get a phonecall from Capitec to declare the funds. The agent sent an email that included the declaration form, where I give permission for the bank to deposit the funds automically without having to declare. Sounds good right? I rep**** on the agents email, and sent an email to the forex department where I had attached my form. Does this get acknowledged? No.

Next month came along and on a friday, ten to five, I get a phonecall from Capitec which I could not answer as I was working. I get told to contact them and at five to five on a friday afternoon, it was an unsuccessful attempt. Why contact me at ten to five in the afternoon when you should have contacted me in the morning, especially when it is in regards to recieving funds? Monday morning I had contacted the forex department and could declare my funds, however, why would I have to declare funds telephonically when I had emailed you a form, giving permission to deposit the funds monthy, two weeks prior? How is this service supposed to be satisfactory?

Masterpass:

I set up Masterpass sometime back on my Capitec account. I was sent an sms which shouldn't be deleted, but did you know, not many people are aware that some phones, such as Blackberry, deletes your sms's unless otherwise set up. So not only have I had the sms get erased, I have also suspended my account. After calling customer care, and proving that It was of course I on the phone, I get told that the message is going to get forwarded to the team leader to unsuspend my account and that it should be unblocked within 24 hours. Unfortunately there is no way that the bank can resend the sms, and I have to go to the bank to sort it out. I live one hour away from the bank and you are telling me, I need to spend R150 in petrol for me to receive a masterpass sms? I asked the agent if it was possible to to activate a new code on the app, according to her you cannot, however on your website it states : Register your card for online shopping on our app or at a branch. All I want to do is a payment! Is Capitec going to have the option for instant eft in the future?
