International funds transfer

I am expecting some money. I semt three emails to info@forex to help me locate the fundsand tell me when it will be deposited in my account. Normally it take 1 day ut because last week had a holiday, I thought to give it some time. But its three days later and no reply to my email. It christnas in two days and I need to send money home.to my children. Im currently in Zimbabwe and with Covid I couldnt go home
