INTERNATIONAL FOREX ALLOCATION

Morning Capitec,

I received the following message in App this morning "You've used at least 80% of your R1 million annual limit for personal international transactions. Please take care not to exceed the limit. If you do, your card and accounts accross all South African Banksmay be suspended, and you could face sanctions from the South African Reserve Bank".

This is incorrect. I have only used approximately 10% of my annual allocation this year. Please correct this error immediately. Blocking my bank accounts based on inaccurate information would be unacceptable and highly unreasonable.

I request that you review and rectify this matter as soon as possible.

Kindly advise asap of your corrective actions.
