Internal Blacklisting of Consumers without their Knowledge

Yesterday, 28 March 2018, I went to the Capitec Branch in Wonderpark, Pretoria North. I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Queen. I wanted to apply for a Capitec Credit Card. In that process, it emerged that capitec sold my alleged loan that I have no knowledge of, on the 5 March 2008 to Real People and internally blacklisted me as a result my application was obviously declined, not because of my credit score or payment history but purely because Capitec blacklisted me internally due to this alleged loan that they claim I took, which I have no knowledge of whom I have made contact with today. I have since requested documentation of this alleged loan from the DMC (dmc.co.za) where Donner (Team Leader of Claudia) advised that she'll have to request Capitec HQ for the documentation but Queen advised that all the paper work is now with the DMC. I am beyond angry at Capitec conduct on the matter. I have proceeded to seek recourse with the NCR.

So Kadi Diallo called me to explain their processes of what led to me being internally blacklisted from getting any credit from Capitec bank and that it is legal for a banking institution to do so. He further started that they have no documentation on their side about this alleged loan as once it is sold, they sell and hand over all the relevant documentation to that institution i.e. real people __who had confirmed that they do not have any documentation on their part but will however request them from Capitec __who doesn't have any of this documentation as they handed everything on the sale date of this loan. I now hope that the NCR will be able to assist me to get to the bottom of this madness.
