Interest refund not Received

Good day

I had a loan account that ended on the 20th of April 2021 and Capitec informed me by text at the begining of April that after 1 payment i will be due an interest refund of R1449.15. However that did not happen and i called their call centre in May and the lady told me it may be paid at the end of May once the account has been closed from their end. which was not the case. this morning i called their call center and spoke to Tshepo from the credit department who then informs me that this was paid but is not able to tell me which date and only is doing maths that does not add up which highlights the exorbitant interest that their have charged me if i use his calculation.

i have explained to him him to call me back as i dont airtime but continued to ignore me and still has not called me back, so one has to lose money in order to recover money from Capitec.
